This useful tool is to collect waste water from your gongfu tea tray. Waste water drains into a sump below the work area, then runs through a drain tube into a separate bamboo bucket.
As you can see from the pictures, this is a high quality two-level container: waste tea leaves goes on to the top strainer, while water overflows and tea is channeled into a secondary bucket below. Plastic tube is not included.
